Seller enquiries
You can submit a seller enquiry for trading cards, collectables, retro games, media, clearance stock, surplus stock, bulk lots and other odd lots. Submitting an enquiry does not require OddLot Society to make an offer or buy the items.
No agreement until accepted
No sale, purchase agreement or handover arrangement exists until OddLot Society provides an offer or written purchase confirmation and you accept the agreed terms. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.
Your responsibilities as a seller
By submitting items for review, you confirm that you own the items or have authority to sell them, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will disclose important details such as faults, missing parts, damage, reproduction items, authenticity concerns or stock restrictions.
Items we cannot accept
Do not submit stolen goods, counterfeit goods, recalled or banned products, unsafe products, illegal items, restricted goods, or items you do not have the right to sell. We may report suspicious or unlawful submissions where appropriate.
Review and valuation
Any estimate or offer may depend on condition, completeness, authenticity, demand, resale potential, quantity, logistics and inspection. We may revise or withdraw an offer if the items are different from what was described or if new information becomes available.
Photos, lists and inspection
We may ask for clear photos, item lists, quantities, condition notes, purchase history or other supporting information before deciding whether to proceed. Please do not send or drop off items unless a handover method has been agreed.
Handover and payment
Collection, drop-off, shipping, risk, timing and payment method will be confirmed as part of the accepted offer. Payment may be delayed, adjusted or declined if the items are not received, are materially different from the description, or cannot be legally purchased.
Business and surplus stock
For clearance parcels, liquidation stock, wholesale stock or business surplus, please include available details about quantities, condition, packaging, any restrictions, proof of ownership and whether the goods are subject to recalls, safety issues or supplier limitations.
Privacy
Seller enquiry information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We use it to review your enquiry, communicate with you, manage records and protect against fraud or unlawful submissions.
